Our story
An old house, opened in 2018
Riad Sable was a family house before it was a guesthouse. We spent a long time bringing it back, keeping the old cedar, the tadelakt and the tilework, adding only what a guest needs.
We opened in 2018 and we have not left. This is our home as much as your stay.

The hammam, the pool, the roof
The small hammam
A traditional hammam inside the house, warm and quiet. Ask us in the morning and we will heat it for you.
The plunge pool
A cool plunge pool sits in the courtyard, under the orange trees. Best in the afternoon heat.
The rooftop terrace
Breakfast is served up here, with the Atlas mountains on a clear morning. It stays open all day.
The kitchen
Dinner, cooked in the house
Fatima cooks a set dinner on request, 28 euros a person. Tagine, couscous, or whatever is good that day.
Tell us in the morning and it will be ready in the evening, served in the courtyard or on the roof.
